El amor es para pobres (The love is for the poor ones) is a cultural project that shares sad love stories through a website, illustrations and art exhibitions. For the launch event, the editor invites me to share my visual interpretation of one of the heartbroken stories. Cabrón means asshole or dumbass in Spanish; for this brief I collect more of 100 vintage love greeting cards and create collaged capital letters stamped in silk.
